Rules regarding software updates/MUG CDs

Does anyone know the rules/guide lines in regard to distributing Apple software updates on MUG CDs. We don't charge for them not even to replace the media. We use a "replace the disk w/ a blank" system. We could do a real service for our dial up members. _______________________________________________
