Well occasionally they also offer things like a copy of OS X 10.2 to the
groups. But otherwise, you are 100% correct. The MUG's Ambassador should
have the ability to spend $8 if they think it is worthwhile and then get
reimbursed from the club. Just let the Ambassador know the content before
he clicks his purchase button.
