My email is possibly not fit to be sent as it is all future-talk and none of
it has been realised yet, but we're envisioning helping out in the community
as such:
1. Giving classes about the Mac to the commmunity, the computer community.
2. Helping connect user group communities to other user group communities.
Extensive, fruitful partnerships. The friendships we can develop. Courteous
communications. Reaping the benefits together, rather than lone-wolf.
3. Ultimately, seeing how our Mac user group and computer knowledge can help
in the community. This is a hard part with plenty of radical visions, but if
this could be done it could separate us from a group of geeks to a truly
meaningful group. (BTW, our group - BeiMac - is hardly a group of geeks at
all...)
Friendly regards,
