Hi all
Is there a way in which I can fence off certain parts of my MUG's web site
so that only those with the correct user name and password are entitled to
access it?
I've seen quite a number of other sites do this.
The London MUG has a newsletter page which they only let select members
download their PDFs, and you have to enter a name/password in a Safari
dialogue sheet. That's basically the kind I'm after (in terms of
protection).
Thanks to all, and a special thank you to all who wrote to me or to BeiMac
sharing your feelings and kind words to us during this hard time, plagued by
SARS. We truly appreciate it and we're truly glad we're part of the MUG
community.
