I am the Ambassador of an email only MUG (MacCommunity in Toronto Canada). I
am wondering if I should be retaining membership information. For example,
presently the membership form for our MUG only asks for their email name and
email address. Should I be asking for full name, street address, etc.
So, if a vendor contacted me to check on the status of a membership, I'd
have a devil-of-a-time.
Thoughts.
