Rick, in fact, they could be inviting that very thing if such
information were passed on to vendors indiscriminately.
Jim, my main thought here is that all you are required to do is be an
Apple-recognized UG, comply with the terms of any license agreements
you have with Apple, and confirm that the people receiving the list of
special MUG offers are members of your UG. If you do that by only
sending those offers ands software to the addresses on your list or
through a secure members-only area, you've done your job. Beyond that,
the information you need to operate your group are dependent your
group's activities.
