Based on recent years' policies, I would be surprised if MUGs were
empowered to sell Panther at a discount.
Students and faculty, of course , get an educational discount. Is it
possible that the announcement which Mr.Richards heard was from a
Campus MUG, announcing the educational pricing to its members?
