CAMPUS MOVIEFEST ACTIVITIES UPDATED, INCLUDING FUTURE EVENTS IN BOSTON
AND SAN FRANCISCO
Ideas United has provided us with an update on their Campus MovieFest
activities that include information on both past and future events.
During the Spring, ten thousand students participated in Campus
MovieFests on eight different campuses and created over four hundred
different movies. If you read the MUG Center on a regular basis, you know
that the culimnation was a spectacular event at Atlanta's Fox Theater. If
you didn't make it to the event, you can now see some of the best movies
from each school online at the Campus MovieFest web site.

JULY MUG VENDOR OFFERS NOW AVAILABLE
Our Vendor Offers for MUGs page has been updated with the latest offers
just for user groups from the User Group Advisory Board. Vendors included
in this months' offering are CE Software, Total Training, BeLight
Software, CMS Products and the Apple MUG Store. Twenty-nine other offers

NEW "BREEN'S BUNGALOW" FOR USER GROUPS DELIVERS COOL APPLICATIONS
The July edition of the user group-only version of "Breen's Bungalow" is
now available for download by Apple-recognized user groups. This month,
Chris talks about some of his favorite "cool applications." If you think
you know about all the cool, interesting and useful applications out
there, you haven't seen this month's Bungalow. Get the details on this
resource, and how to request the password to download a copy for your group.

APPLE REGIONAL LIAISON DISPATCH: ACTIVITIES IN ASIA
Yan Feng, Apple Regional Liaison for Asia (excluding Japan) has filed a
new Regional Liaison Dispatch outlining user group activities in his
region. Yan covers a university user group, a new Mac magazine, and
ambitious plans for user group activism in mainland China.

USER GROUP LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE ROSTER NOW AVAILABLE
The attendees of the User Group Leadership Conference (UGLC) has been
posted on the UGLC Roster Page and highlights these leaders by listing
their names, user groups, photos and short biographies about what they do
both in and outside the Mac commuity. The depth and breadth of experience
and backgrounds is reflective of the larger user group community, and
demonstrates why user groups continue to grow in influence. The UGLC
Sponsors page has also been updated with the names of the raffle sponsors
who helped make UGLC a success by donating products for the traditional
end-of-event wrap-up activities.
