I have been playing with the form tool this weekend. I work with the Boy
Scouts who have a form for everything. I took a form that lists Scout's
advancements to create a from that could be filled out in the reader. That seems
worthwhile but labor intensive.
I have looked a bit on web capture. Using it the same way you do. Where we
meet they have one phone line available after 8 PM. (Half way threw our
meeting). I think it is like a lot of stuff, once you use it, you find other things
you can do with it.

Thanks to Adobe and the MUG breakfast, I'm finally on 6.0 in Panther. Bless you
on Park Avenue.
I use Acrobat for adding hotlinks to the PDF version of our club's newsletter
- see PBMUG - MacBytes -
The Newsletter for the Palm Beach Macintosh User Group.
Next, and most important, the school we meet at will allow us to use their
T-1 for internet access, but their firewalls can be oppressive. If the page
isn't "good for the kids" they block it. They will consider open pages if you ask
them ahead of time. This can take weeks.
By using Acrobat's "Web Capture" tool I can create a PDF of the web site (or
individual pages) for club demo's and promo's. The only thing I cannot do is
go to password protected sites because Acrobat doesn't have a way to enter my
password.
Side note: I sent this upgrade suggestion/request for Adobe to add this
ability but haven't heard back from them. If anybody knows someone at Adobe, pass
this request along. Maybe there is power in numbers.
Last, Acrobat makes great files for my monthy CD give away to club members.
I can make multi-media interactive files with the freeware, shareware and
tryout software I give to our members.
Acrobat rules!
