Your post implies that Macs are in danger from Spyware. Nothing could be
further from the truth.
The ONLY way Spyware (Malware) can be installed on a mac, is if someone has
physical access to said mac, had the login and admin password, and then
installed the Malware on that computer. Plus, this absolutely can not be
done remotely on a mac any other way. No one can hack into your mac and
install software without your login and admin password. We use Macs because
we don't want to have to worry about all the crud our poor Windows using
friends and family have to fuss over. :)
The only valid part of reading this article by Nowshade Kabir, is to use as
a tool to convert all our Windows using friends and family members. But, it
would have been nice if he would have included in this article, that the mac
is NOT vulnerable [at the present time].
Perhaps he will write a follow up article to clarify the statement "but Mac
users should read as well". :)
