Renewing free .mac account?

Hello,

I was wondering how one renews the free .mac account. I received an e-mail from Apple saying to renew I had to have 2000 Apple Sales Web points. On a web page, it states one only need to take the .Mac QuickStart course again. The Web page is buried pretty deep, and I'm not sure it's active anymore and I'm not even sure I can find it! Any ideas or direction?
