I cannot thank everyone enough for their great input on this stuff! I have forwarded all of the recommendations and we'll see how things go. While I would love to have them on a .Mac account, this person doesn't have any need to go online (as unusual as that might sound) at this time.
I do believe that, while the .Mac tutorials are excellent, it violates the copyright (and they are clearly not intended to be downloaded for view offline) to copy them. I have contacted Apple on this and hope that they grant me permission to use them as they are not being sold or used for anything other than to bring in new business, really.
I truly appreciate everyone's excellent suggestions!
