Someone else already recommended the .Mac Learning Center. This is my
favorite recommendation for the novice.
The viewer can set aside a couple of hours, and get a jump-start on OS X.
The quality, pace and level of the videos are excellent. Each video is a
couple of minutes long and certainly easy to keep your focus.
