I never said Americans have too many special offers, and I didn't say
the rest of the world have too few. I just said the powers that be can't
seem to differentiate between places.

Irrelevant. Remember, it wasn't the offers themselves I took issue with,
but the way they were publicised, you seem to have missed that rather
crucial difference...

Ignoring the fact most Apple related stuff comes from China anyway,
don't you believe customers should be able to choose if they think an
offer is too expensive or not? What happened to choice? You're in danger
of sounding patronising here... I can see why you didn't set Amazon up
with thinking like that. I'm sure you mean well though.
