Hi Matt

Maybe I am misunderstanding you.
Do you know what Antivirus application handles/dispatches this iChat Trojan? Is it a commercial, shareware or free variety?

Mark,

Have you ever seen software described as "Anti-Trojan"?

No, we buy prepackaged software which is AntiVirus. Norton AntiVirus. Sophos AntiVirus. Clam AntiVirus. Virex.

To the layperson, this is a virus. The distinction of this being a Trojan is splitting hairs and is an excuse to allow us to say that Mac OS X has not had a "virus". We do, however, have need for AntiVirus software.

Symantec claim their latest VIRUS definitions deal with this threat. So does Sophos.
