I get the impression from some of the messages which have been posted
in response to Laura's original question that not everyone is seeing
the same screens, or getting the same responses to them. I recall
hearing from someone that the way the Apple Sales Web interacts with
you is dependent upon what kind of account you have.
So I am wondering if some of the people who have access to the Apple
Sales Web site are not accessing it through an Apple Ambassador
account but rather based on some other position or affiliation with
Apple.
Just a thought.
