I thought the same thing, as one respondent says she has no problems at
all, and that a "shopping cart" option is clearly visible. When I log in,
I do get to a page with a heading proclaiming "Welcome Apple User Group
Ambassador". But still, no instructions, no "add to shopping cart" no
nothing.

I followed some others' advise and accessed "mailbox".

The mailbox has two items, "Q2 2006 Mailbox(Universal)" and "Q1 2006
Mailbox (US)" Clicking on either will bring up a dialog to download a PDF
of an Fax Order form. But this form asks for payment method for "Internal
Apple" or "Apple Resellers". Nothing for Ambassadors.

To those of you who have no problems ordering your demo software: Do you
have to download and order via Fax only? No other options?

Is there anyone we can ask on the Apple site for instructions specific to
User Group Ambassadors?

very frustrating.

Laura
