Yes, it totally depends on what kind of account you have - and also
from where you are. Until I could access ASW from English US I
wasn't able to access half of what people were saying was available.
For example, the Apple User Group signatures are not available if you
don't have English US in your profile. I still can't access any
training on ASTO since the "upgrade" since it says that there is
nothing available. It's going to be hard to earn those points this year.

I thought the same thing, as one respondent says she has no
problems at
all, and that a "shopping cart" option is clearly visible. When I
log in,
I do get to a page with a heading proclaiming "Welcome Apple User
Group
Ambassador". But still, no instructions, no "add to shopping cart" no
nothing.
