We just had this same discussion on SEMUGS discussion list. You might get assistance by emailing

It was also discovered that the person wasn't properly registered as Apple Ambassador. I finally found this message, which may help.

My only conclusion is that I am somehow not recognized as an
"ambassador" despite of what appears in my profile.


Seems that is the problem. Talked to the past MUG President and she
gave me the ID and password she had used. Worked like a charm! Got the
"Shop" link working on the first try. Unfortunately, I don't want to
muck about editing all the address/name info. I was told to sign up
here and I did. I was welcomed as an "Ambassador" and I want the
privileges that go with that. I did everything Apple asked and even
edited the names/emails of our MUG board.

If I don't get a response from feedback by tomorrow afternoon, I'll
call them. I'll be glad to apologize for not reading/seeing/making the
proper entries, if that is indeed the problem. Otherwise, I want some
corrective action on Apple's part. I can't believe many would have
beat their head against this wall as long as I have. I'm mad and I'm
not gonna take it anymore! 8-|

Now, just breath deeply and slowly. Count to 128 binarily. ;-)

But I _do_ thank everyone for listening and offering help! 8-)

I hope this is helpful. The only other thing I know to suggest is try to enlist the assistance of your Regional Liaison person.
