Hello Susan,
We are aware of the shopping cart issue for User Group Ambassadors.
IS&T is working on resolving the problem.
It sounds like you already submitted your order via fax. Until we get
this issue fixed, you can either fax your orders or call the Apple
Sales Web team at 1-800-825-2145. They are open Monday - Friday, 5 a.m.
- 5 p.m., and Saturday 7 a.m. - 12 noon PST.
