Your email was so full of inaccuracy, hearsay and actual mistakes
that it must surely qualify as trolling.
It's even hard to know when to start. If you have so many problems,
why do you bother? Honestly, the most "noisy" people are Mac users.
We whine about everything. We whine about Quicktime trailers being
too large. We whine about not being able to access the keynote at
whatever ridiculous size we want. We moan about the upgrades we
voluntarily accept because they make our licence key for our old
version invalid.
I've never seen this broken icon you talk about so I assume it must
have been something at your end.
