In Australia Nicholas's efforts getting these details published in
Australian MacWorld has been one very good method. It has definitely helped
add a few new users to various MUGs
On the Australian Mac Users Group site we also gather and publish similar
information we find ourselves (we really should work closer with Nicholas on
this to avoid gathering the same information twice).
This information is published in our "MUG Events" area and includes a
listing of meetings. At the bottom of the page are links to a Calendar view
of this information as well as a link to RSS Feeds where people can
subscribe on a group by group basis or a combined nation wide basis. There
is also an Archive view showing past meetings.

We also plan on doing something similar to what iMug in Victoria does by
creating an AUSMUG Widget that will allow people to view each MUGs contact
details & latest meeting announcements either on a group by group or nation
wide basis.
Hopefully one day the groups below will work with Nicholas & me in ensuring
that every Australian MUG Meeting gets listed on each of the resources
below. It would be great if information could be submitted at one central
location and then be forwarded on to each of these groups.
