Help,

I am deployed in Afghanistan and my iG4 keeps freezing on me the last few months. I have 7 GB of memory left--is this the problem? I have down loaded Bounce Back software recently, but now have taken it off thinking this could be the problem. I have emptied my trash a number of times with large files--trying to clear up my memory is this the problem. Please help me trouble shoot. Thanks
