Hello;
I would like to ask you all, in general, what details does apple take into consideration when opening an Apple Store in X country or X place...
Although I am living in Maryland, many of my fellow countrymen who own a mac wonder how come we outsell the US in nearly everything that gets sold there, but there is no Apple Store.
The country I am talking about is Puerto Rico.
CompUSA's flagship store, makes more money in a month, than their largest store in the USA. They make even more money, than the highest gross sales in the US... EBGames stores in one of the main malls in Puerto Rico make 3 or 4 times as much as the best selling store in the region of Maryland. Figure this, in PR they sell more Madden Football, than in the east coast states.
Why do other companies open stores in my country and make a bucket of money and Apple doesnt... Many of their users want an apple store in PR, but they dont get any response to it... Who should they contact to request this?
Just wondering because after seeing the last add this mug had for an Apple Store in PR, I just had to ask, what elements does apple take into consideration when they open an apple store in some country or some place.
I dont expect downright answers, I expect general thoughts and ideas on this subject... :)
Thanks
