i am seeking advice.
i have a new macbook 13"black.
it freezes.
i have seen an ifinite # of clients who have and are experiencing this problem,in customer forums.
some have said they had their fujitsu hard drive replaced.
apple wants me to join applecare to troubleshoot.
cust. service said they don't monitor customer forums.
i want some one to tell me this a known issue and repair it.
any advice from a pro?
