Hi David,
I'm not a FileMaker guru, but under a worst-case scenario:
As long as your execs don't modify the fields, you should be able to
simply export the data from each of the "other" databases in one of the
standard formats, then you can import it into your "master" database.
Yes, that's 4 imports and exports, but it is much better than doing all
the work yourself. ;)
