I live in Spain (Madrid) and I know a bunch of people who has iPhones here, even if they are not being sold yet (officially). UG and websites around Apple and Mac are discussing this, I'm still subscribe to my ex-UG in Caracas and on the mailing list this is discussed too, cause people are asking.
So I guess each group has to decide what to do and how, as a Reg. Liaison we haven't received any advice (officially) on how to "support/advice" regarding this questions that may concern many groups, but in fact you (Estonian UG) are the first I heard to ask.
I agree with Garry about SIG's, could be a better way to address Apple products by group area (of technology).
And about PC users using iPods or iPhones well you are still a Mac community so you can address your speech on this line, and if so, try to help I guess, knowing the Internet is well packed of info right now where they could fine specific solutions related to their platform.
Regarding the legal part, if it is "legal" to address a discussion related to the iPhone, how to scape from that (outside US, UK and Germany - France in a few days) ????, also knowing it is a key "gadget" to gain "popularity" for attract people to your group (topics, discussions, presentations, help developers on your area if so, etc) letting they know how well are Apple products integrated etc.
Tuff Q.
