As the principal founder of the South Palm Mac User Group, we knew him as a public spirited citizen, who voluntarily donated literally thousands of hours without thought of any personal aggrandizement or reward other than the great satisfaction he derived by contributing to the betterment of his community.
Herb Hoffman will always be remembered as a true friend and a great leader. We were lucky to have had him, even for such a short time and he will be sorely missed by all of us who benefited by his generosity of spirit.
