Hi all,
I've been asked to revisit our meeting format and agendas. Complaints
everywhere, which is typical: too long, too short, too much this, too
little that. I was wondering if people could post their general
meeting agendas and time frames so we have something to compare and
get ideas. Ours is:
7:00-7:05 Settle in
7:05-7:15 Welcoming, administrative issues, and go around the room
and introduce yourself and the "question of the day" which is usually
related to the topic of the meeting such as "How many Microsoft
products do you have installed on your computer"
7:15-7:25 News and happenings since our last meeting: updates, product intros
7:25-8:25 Introduction of speaker and program and questions
8:25-8:30 Thank speaker, door prize and adjournment
