So I'm over at CostCo (a warehouse retailer in the USA) and I pick up a 1 Tb external MyDisk for $140 USD.
After three hours of formating and using SuperDuper I have determined that the drive can be used to backup my HD, but my Mac won't start up from it or even detect it as a bootable drive.
Is it only LaCie that can do this?
