AUGD: Leopard Server Demo

We'd like to do a Leopard Server demo at one of our sigs in the next month or so. So in the latest Mailbox, there was a drive image for the installer with a demo serial number. I've burned the image to a DVD and attempted to boot the demo machine from it. It failed. So I just put the DVD in another machine to see if it even mounts, and it does, but there's no bootable system visible on it. So I restored the image to a FW drive and attempted to boot from that. Same failure. The hardware we're going to demo it on is supported, and the optical drive is a DL SuperDrive.

Has anyone been able to burn this image and use it to install the demo Leopard server?
