Dear SLFCPUG Members And Associates,
One of our very first (founding) members of South Louisiana Final Cut
Pro User Groups over a year ago was
a wonderful man named Henry Covington, owner of C&C Video
Productions. He was funny, curious, super
friendly, and won something at every meeting he attended, and took my
jokes about him winning so much with great humor. He always helped out
setting up, breaking down, asked great questions, and was one of my
most favorite Final Cutters I ever met. It is with very heavy heart
that I forward the following obituary from the New Orleans Times
Picayune news paper. My understanding is that he died of leukemia. We
will be holding a moment of
silence and memorial for him at our next set of meetings in August.
Sincerely,
Ben Balser
