As a reminder, I speak only on my behalf and not another group. Don't
assume my comments are related to what any group I am associated with
does.
However, in the hypothetical, the password would be changed and the
agreement resigned. The only issue would be that ASW account. I
neither stated nor implied the account was shared, rather that the ASW
account is not directly connected to someone's Apple ID.
Disallowing accounts is certainly not helpful and suggesting you'd do
that I'm sure is not well received by many readers.

The nondisclosure user agreement that each ambassador reads and agrees to is directed to an individual, not a club or organization.

In more than one case, a previous ambassador ordered Apple software (OSX and iLife) and the group was unable to place an order, since the rule is one per group. Too, each individual is responsible for any activity using his or her account, and multiple access means that a single, named, person is responsible for the actions of everyone who may use that account.
