I've never been able to "order" iLife, iWork or anything else. I've
also never been able to even find the membership "kit" with the logo
but a kind soul sent it to me. No one has really been able to explain
why this is and I've got tired of asking and Apple isn't any help (of
course). My assumption has always been that I'm not in the US and our
group is non-US but that may or may not be it. The ASW system is a
nice resource but it's very frustrating to use. Apple does an
excellent store.apple.com so why they can't get this right I don't
get.
Maybe I woke up on the wrong side just a few minutes ago but this is
one aspect that I think Apple is doing very poorly.
