As for drawings, we go to Office Depot, spend $20 and have a roll of raffle tickets we hand out, and that one roll has lasted us 2 years, and we're only a little more than half way through the roll. We hand out the tickets just before the drawing (if you don't stay to the end of the meeting, you don't get to participate, makes people stay longer). Each ticket has two parts, one of the participant, one for us to put in a Crown Royal bag to draw from. Cheap, easy, fast, nothing beats it. And cheaper, easier, and faster than printing up your own.
This way, everyone who walks in the door signs the attendance sheet, and only those who stay until the end get to participate in the drawing, always the last event of the night.
