Hello Robert,
When in the iTunes App on the Mac, along the bottom of the Screen when scrolled to the bottom are a number of Items including Help, under this is Contact Us.
Start here and send an email and iTunes Help will reply.
I am in Australia and the Help person I was dealing with was in Canada, so it was a long process as they worked while I slept?
Hope yours is on a similar Time Zone to you.
