Two special visits from software developers highlight this week's MUG
Event Calendar.
Jon Parshall of CodeWeavers will show off the latest version of
CrossOver at a California group, and Bastian Wolfle of Boinx Software
will demonstrate FotoMagic to a Colorado group.
Gary "MacMan" Barker will speak to an Australian group, and the Mac App
Store will be the featured topic at groups in Ohio and Michigan. (more)

Graeme Moffatt, the Apple User Group Regional Liaison for Australasia
provided us with some sad news coming out of his earthquake-torn part of
the world: A MUG founder and leader who is presumed lost.
