We have moved ours to Google App Education Edition, which Google gave us free for the asking, since we're an educational 501c-3.
Simple spreadsheets, but they're almost always available to anyone that needs them, password protected, of course. Before a meeting, the most current is downloaded in case wifi goes out. No learning curve to speak of and can't beat the price.
I know, I know, but it's Google, the do all evil company, but we roll our scroll wheels between our fingers as we say our penitence.
