Sorry for this response but 'It Depends"
I am VERY fortunate to have a VP that loves to put together outstanding meeting for the club
To start with, many of our video conferences can function under Messages ( not too well I think) and like, yesterday, under Skype. Messages (and other applications) has a Record facility that the VP edits / improves before sending off to the Internet
Many times the conferencing application / service does NOT enable recording of the data stream In those situations, the VP brings in a high tech camera that can record video as well as audio. He sets up, before the meeting, on a tripod. I don't know the camera but am sure it is not low cost.
Thus some of the videos you could click on are stored addresses for your club. The others are Meeting information that we share

I just saw the link to your meeting videos and I have a question. What do you use to to record the videos? A standard video camera?
Thanks
Phil
