is about the process of determining which Wi-Fi network to use if there is more than one or how to evaluate your home Wi-Fi ability.
I mention often, in the article, the possibility of interference from portable telephones, microwave ovens, etc.
I didn't send my article to Chris Breen for comment BUT his MacWorld 911 article is extremely complementary (not complimentary) to my article.
A key point is Chris's recommendation to occasionally remove power from your Airport (Express or Extreme or Time Capsule) to let the device find existing interference and work around it
I also had replaced all my portable landline phones with DECT 6.0 devices. I use vTech for my house phones. <http://www.vtechphones.com> I am extremely happy with their products. Have used them for over 10 years and about 2.5 generations of the design
