Have to say it doesn’t give me that impression …. and in fact for completeness
- let me write the FULL sentence from my original mail ….
… it is also often true that a lot of people that use Word don’t actually use
90% of the functionality and power of the product to begin with …. I know this
because I observe how often docs are formatted manually rather than using
styles, headings and templates, or how there are easy to fix spelling error
that demonstrates that spell check is not switched on etc etc
In other words my point is that large swaths of people don’t even use the basic
functionality that would help them if they took a little while to learn the
product - I wasn’t actually talking about ‘Advanced Features’.
… And with that … I move on to enjoy the rain …
Maybe next time I am up in U.C. Davis, we could meet up Randy?
