FYI, I'm currently wrapping up development on a new and improved Automator book for Peachpit... Automator for Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard: Visual QuickStart Guide. As I understand it, a few rough cuts of some chapters are partially available online via Peachpit's Safari site (I'm not sure to what extent, though). The complete book should be available in print and eBook format in time for Macworld in January. The book will focus on Automator in Leopard, and will cover variables, recording, looping, and more. Stay tuned.
