How to export a folder action?

Apologies for this obvious, newbie question, but I can't find the answer anywhere in the Help or on the web, which makes me believe that I am not using it is the right way.
I have created a folder action, which I would like to copy over to an other computer but:
1. I can't find a way to save it in a defined location.
2. I can't find it in the file system once it is save, so it must be stored in a registry or something.
Is there any documentation that covers this?
