Action to either move or flag mail messages?

I'm a newbie to automator, so please forgive me if this is a simple
question or I've missed something obvious, but I have not found an
answer after searching the Apple resources, list archives and other
on-line resources....
Here's what I am hoping to achieve: I have an mailbox with a lot of
mail cluttering up (taking space) on my IMAP server and I want to move
that mail into a local mailbox after about 1-2 months (making the space
manageable, and I want it in the live IMAP mailbox for a little while).
My thinking was to create an automator action that finds mail
messages in that one mailbox that are also older than, say, 2 months
and then move them to a local mailbox I've created for them.
I
cant' specify a search for "older than 2 months, so I then thought to
flag all messages in the IMAP mailbox, then unflag messages newer than
two months, then move flagged messages. (might be overkill).
I can't, however, figure out how to either flag or move messages - there does not seem to be an automator action for this.
Any
advice on how to accomplish what I am trying to do is much
appreciated!! (I'm hoping to avoid applescript if at all possible....)
