In fact, AppleScript is the answer as it allows you to manipulate mails very easily. Just run over all messages of you desired mailbox and move them to another mailbox if they have the desired age. MacScripter.net is a very good source for AppleScript snippets, e.g. this one shows you how to move a message: http://macscripter.net/viewtopic.php?id=8629
I found AppleScript to be a very easy language to learn, with the help of MacScripter you should resolve your task very quickly.
Another good source http://www.mactech.com/articles/mactech/Vol.21/21.09/ScriptingMail/index.html
Alternatively, you can use the Mail "Smart Folders". Create one and set the rule to "older than 2 months". Then you can move the mails from that smart folder to your desired mailbox or create an AppleScript that moves automatically all mails from that smart folder. Note that the smart folders don't contain copies of the mails, it's just an intelligent folder that holds a reference to the original mail according to the rule.
