"Create Package" Action

Lion, 10.7.2. I have this action at the end of a workflow. When I run it inside Automator, I get the green check mark ("Workflow completed), and the results show:
/Users/Jimbo/git/SleepyHead-packaging/SleepyHead_Full_Installer.pkg
However, there is no such .pkg file anywhere.
I am passing one file from Get Specified Finder Items to Create Package.
Are there some special tricks to use this action properly?
