However, those scripts use the to: cc: fields, not the sig, as the OP requested.
Doing the sig requires some pretty significant text parsing, and assumes there’s useful data.
That’s not always the case, as my example shows.

That would be tricky, since sigs are non-standard. You could do it from the email From: information, although that might miss the name.
