Importing pictures in FileMaker

Dear All,

simple question is it possible to import pictures into FileMaker with Automator.
I've two layouts, one for the portrait and one for the landscape pictures.
For each layout of course the reference about the picture is into the layout.
How can I import from a glogal folder where are all the pictures, each picture into each layout.

I had to put FM Pro on the side for a certain time and I'm still using FM PMro 7, yes it's a little bit old but still working fine.
