How to. iCal /eMail

I need to create a script to get an iCal task sent to my e-mail everyday.

The task is an everyday report I have to make, and the idea is that iCal sends me the report to my e-mail automatically 60 minutes after the report is done. This way I can keep backup/reminders of the reports so I can send them to my boss.

any ideas?

I can barely use automator.
