You can create a workflow app to send mail, but I’m pretty sure you then need to create an event in Calendar.app to trigger the workflow at the right time and day. I did this a long time ago and I don’t remember the exact steps in Calendar. I do know that the workflow needs to be in this folder to work: ~/Library/Workflows/Applications/Calendar/YourWorkflow.app/ The tilde (~) at the beginning of the path means start at your user folder. Then create an event in Calendar to open that workflow.
